If your project involves Animal Experimentation, Microorganisms or Human Subjects you must make a
Request for Ethics Ruling [1]
You must make the request by February 16, 2024.
If your project involves human participants EVERY participant must consent. Use these forms:
Editable consent form [2] – fill in the editable boxes in the PDF then print the form for signature.
Blank consent form [3] – boxes must be filled in on a printed version and signed.
Example form [4] – a filled human consent example form to show what is expected.
There are many, many suggestions for projects on the web – before you look at them, think of things that interest you or that you have questioned and write these down. The best ideas are often already in your head!
